Job Summary The Reliability Test Lab Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing reliability tests for new and mass-production products in the Reliability Test Laboratory. This role ensures product reliability through environmental, mechanical, and ongoing reliability testing (ORT), supports failure analysis, manages test equipment, and meets customer requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. New Product Reliability Testing Develop and execute reliability test plans and verification strategies for new products. Perform Reliability Demonstration Test (RDT) execution and generate detailed test reports. Lead or assist in experimental anomaly tracking, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Support product transfer activities and operator training on ORT test items. Coordinate outsourced verification activities when required. 2.
