Responsibilities:
Prepare for and accurately and completely perform first article and first piece inspections.Generate the first article and first piece inspection reports and submit to engineering for review and approval.Maintain inspection inventory to comply with inventory dollar and cycle time goals.Assist manufacturing problem-solving by performing inspections on selected parts and reporting findings back to the requestor.Update inspection logs with the current status of inspections.May be required to operate overhead cranes, jib hoists, forklifts, and other lifting devices safely and properly. Onsite training and certification required prior to operation.Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
