Job Description
Quality Assurance Tech/ QA Perform visual and mechanical checks/inspections on manufactured products ensuring goods and products comply with company standards and customer quality expectation. Perform in process and out of box inspections on finished goods from production floor. When issues are found, perform a retraining session of staff. Responsibilities: Perform components inspection before assembly Perform in process inspections Perform first piece inspections Perform out of box inspections Perform operational testing and visual inspections on parts/assemblies Record all inspection data including a description of findings in a spreadsheet via a tablet Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Able to communicate and work well with others Able to train production staff Good organizational skills and attention to detail General knowledge of quality assurance/quality control functions knowledge of MS Excel Some heavy lifting could be ...
