Job Overview
Quality Control Inspector to examine and measure part‑specific dimensional layouts prior to shipping to our customer. The position is a steady afternoon shift and reports to the Quality Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming, in‑process, and finished machined details.
- Log and report findings to the Quality Supervisor.
- Develop and incorporate quality initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, height gauge).
- Detail‑oriented, analytical thinker.
- Highly motivated, self‑directed, capable of multitasking.
- Experience interfacing with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
