Overview
We are looking for a motivated, results‑driven individual with a passion for quality, collaboration, and supporting operations toward excellence. Under the supervision of the EHS Director, the Quality Coordinator will support all aspects of Wajax’s Quality Management System across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Update, develop and communicate QMS Policy and Procedures that meet the needs of diverse business operations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement of the QMS, gain operational buy‑in and implement accordingly.
- Plan and conduct annual internal audits at ISO 9001 certified branches across Canada, and support those in process of ISO implementation.
- Coordinate external audits with certifying bodies and support branches during audit.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality management standards, including maintaining and supporting ISO 9001 certification.
