Quality Engineer
Yanfeng Seating is the worldwide leader in automotive seating with more than 33,000 employees in 20 countries. At this moment we are seeking a Quality Engineer .
Responsibilities include:
- Take charge of quality management of daily production line, addressing process issues related to product quality in a timely manner to ensure product and service quality that satisfies or exceeds customer needs.
- Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring feedback is provided within 24 hours while maintaining good relations and communication with customers.
- Formulate inspection and control documents for product quality and conduct on-the-job training and assessment for relevant personnel.
- Collect and aggregate quality data, reporting and formulating improvement plans periodically.
