Tasks
Implement and ensure compliance with the customer requirements, guidelines described in international standards such as IATF and VDA and conformity of standards defined by the Continental Quality Management System for new projects and series production
Responsible for customer communication regarding quality aspects.
Is the main contact point for any quality compliant as: 0km, Field return.
Need to maintain customer and Continental claim management systems and portals
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree
- Claim management: 0km, Field returns
- Problem solving tools knowledge as 8D, A3
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English mandatory)
- Quality experience (Minimum 4 Year)
- Experience with customer
- Knowledge in electronic manufacturing processes (Experience is a requirement)
- Automotive standard knowledge and experience
- Experience in the usage of Quality Tools: MSA, MCA, pPCA, PCA, SPC, IQRM, FMEA...
