Job Title: Quality Engineer
Salary: $65,****** - $70,****** annually
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain a quality management system (QMS) throughout the organization.
Develop process control checks to ensure product quality parameters are met.
Conduct routine and accurate tests to minimize product non‐conformance and customer complaints.
Ensure inspection and calibration of testing devices.
Create and update quality‐related documents and control plans.
Participate in ISO **** QMS audits and prepare technical reports.
Implement 5S principles in the quality lab and organize document and sample storage.
Assist in calibration schedules and prepare reports based on data analysis.
Improve process and material testing methods on the production floor.
Collaborate with teams to implement effective quality planning tools.
Train production staff on quality control procedures.
