Job Description
The Quality Assurance Lab Technician inspects and tests incoming raw materials and finished products to fulfill customer, product quality, and performance standards.
What You'll Be Doing- Complete timely, accurate QA measurements on incoming, in process, and finished products
- Assist in the performance of lab requests and special projects
- Maintain equipment in good, clean working order
- Ensure laboratory supplies are kept up to date
- Maintain accurate and complete records
- Actively follow safety procedures and identify potential safety hazards
- Verify and complete Certificates of Analysis
- Assist with reviewing and updating department work instructions
- Assist with developing new test methods based on new product needs
- Assist with setting up new analytical equipment
- Complete safety walk thru's of various Quality work areas
