Quality Operations Manager EMS (Zapopan, Jalisco)

Overview

This role supports the resiliency approach for electronics manufacturing via our EMS partner across roadmaps to ensure right quality of products produced in different geographic locations.

Responsibilities

• On-Floor Process Control: Implement and audit in-process quality controls. Ensure that all production lines adhere to the Control Plan, Work Instructions, and Technical Specifications.
• Real-time Defect Mitigation: Define and implement the process for reaction and escalation of quality excursions or production halts; implement exemption process as needed according to predefined procedures.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Drive and approve shop-floor problem-solving using 8D, Fishbone, and 5-Why methodologies. Ensure corrective actions are detailed, implemented, and effective on the line.
