Role Summary
Define the inspection status of the material ensuring the correct flow of non‑conforming material.
Key Responsibilities
- Release product in production lines.
- Verify the quality of products manufactured in the line according to the Inspection Instruction Sheet (HII), ensuring the use of the Checking Fixture and tool for releases.
- Record inspection results in accordance with the Process Inspection Record Sheet (HRIP).
- Coordinate and/or prepare tests for the release of processed material in the production line.
- Monitor process parameters according to HII and/or control plan.
- Perform visual inspection of the product, considering the defects determined in each process and correct labeling.
