Job Summary
A position in Quality Control is open at a rapidly growing Richmond Hill manufacturing company. Working under the direction of the Quality Manager in checking products, the ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the NCR process and ensure they are closed on a timely manner.
- Review returned products (RGAs) and failed products (NCs), conduct investigation, and report any findings to the Quality Manager and Engineering.
- Inspect and test incoming materials and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Issue SCARs against suppliers and ensure proper root‑cause investigation and corrective action.
- Provide technical support to the service team and customer.
