Your mission, roles and responsibilities


As a Quality Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry. You will work closely with the Quality team and be involved in key processes that ensure product compliance and continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Support in monitoring and analyzing quality indicators relevant to the automotive sector;
  • Collaborate in the management of internal and external non-conformities, including root cause analysis (e.g., 8D) and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions;
  • Support in the preparation and updating of quality documentation required in the automotive sector: PPAP, Control Plans, control sheets;
