This senior construction disputes role combines expert witness work, business development, client leadership and strategic input within an established international consultancy serving the construction and engineering sectors.
The successful candidate will work on complex construction and engineering disputes across Canada and potentially international jurisdictions.
Projects are not limited to one asset class and are likely to include major building, infrastructure, transportation, energy and engineering matters where delay, disruption, quantum, technical and duty of care issues arise.
