Quote-to-Cash Specialist
Serve as subject‑matter expert across Quote‑to‑Cash processes – from quoting and pricing through contract execution, amendments, and renewals, using CPQ and CLM platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, etc. Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure commercial structures are accurately reflected in billing and revenue systems.
Responsibilities
- Act as subject‑matter expert for Contract Lifecycle Management, CPQ, and upstream Quote‑to‑Cash processes.
- Support and optimize commercial workflows including quoting, pricing, approvals, contract generation, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Operations teams to ensure scalable and compliant contract processes.
