Job Description
Seeking a BE/BC General Radiologist with strong clinical and interpersonal skills to join our expanding system. Hospital employed group of 4 Radiologists.
Currently each Radiologist covers 13 weekends of call from home with teleradiology final reads on the weekends and on-demand as needed. Call frequency will reduce with the addition of new Radiologist to the group. Holidays shared equally in fair rotation.
- Radiologists currently read 70-100 cases on average a day, with about 30% in cross sectional imaging and the remainder in radiographs and ultrasound.
- Nuclear medicine and PET/CT also performed.
- Group provides basic IR services with a few advanced IR services offered. Basic IR skills are preferred in the ideal candidate.
- Thriving full service breast imaging. Will consider candidates who wish to not do breast imaging. If interested in breast imaging, the candidate must be willing to read breast MRI.
