Summary:
Rome Marriott Park Hotel, as part of the world’s leading hospitality brands, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Reactive Sales Coordinator to join our team!
The ideal candidate for this role has exceptional commercial and organizational abilities. He/she maximizes revenue through increased bookings in hotel, provides an efficient and effective process to quickly handle customer inquiries for group rooms and conferences.
Key responsibilities:
Respond to telephone inquiries/requests for group business and corporate meetings in a timely manner and defines meeting specifics.
Together with the Team, converting Options and Tentatives to Definites by anticipating the customers’ needs and ensuring we have exhausted all measures for securing the booking.
Responsible for completing handover of group file to Event and ensuring that Event has followed up with the client within 24 hours of turnover.
