Enhance project outcomes as a Readiness and Interface Manager in construction. Coordinate readiness across teams, manage client interactions, and implement Lean strategies for improved efficiency.
In this role, you will ensure strong alignment and synchronization of readiness efforts across various departments involved in infrastructure projects. You’ll be responsible for leading readiness meetings, maintaining documentation, and facilitating clear channels of communication. Additionally, you will identify and resolve interface gaps early, contributing to overall project success.
