CBM Ready‑Mix Plant Supervisor Position

CBM Ready‑Mix is seeking a Plant Supervisor, based in Kanata.

This position is a permanent, full‑time vacancy.

Annual Salary Range

$63,000 - $65,000 + annual incentive bonus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervising unionized workforces and maintaining a high level of employee morale at the plants.
• Managing and coordinating production, storage and general distribution in accordance with policies and procedures as established by the Operations Manager.
• Planning, organizing and batching concrete loads and deliveries.
• Performing concrete testing as per CSA & ASTM standards.
• Completing paperwork and reporting as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
