The company has identified select properties within its portfolio that present high-potential redevelopment opportunities. Our client operates a collaborative model, providing incoming consultant with comprehensive planning reports, density data, and massing studies to drive strategic real estate decisions.
Responsibilities
Financial Modeling:
Build and manage detailed pro forma models to evaluate and quantify various redevelopment scenarios.
Asset Valuation:
Determine the financial value of existing revenue-producing properties within the portfolio.
Data Synthesis:
Translate planning reports, redevelopment densities, and massing studies into actionable financial data.
