Job Description
As a Real Estate Business Developer, you will play a key role in expanding the presence in the Netherlands, especially, withing the Amsterdam Region. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential corporate clients in industries such as construction, engineering, and project-based businesses.
- You do not need to cold call!
- Build and maintain a strong network of landlords, property owners, developers, brokers, and other partners to secure suitable accommodation options for clients.
- Source and evaluate rental properties that meet the requirements of our corporate clients, ensuring quality, availability, and competitive pricing.
