Job Description
THE ROLE
As the Head of Lease Management, you will lead the team to:
- Ensure strong governance and integrity of lease data, documentation, and tenant rights, maintaining accuracy, audit readiness, and confidence in portfolio information throughout the lease lifecycle.
- Provide oversight of lease rights, obligations, and financial terms, ensuring compliance, landlord accountability, and effective coordination with Legal, Finance, and other internal partners.
- Deliver clear portfolio-level insight into lease milestones and commitments to support proactive planning, informed decision-making, and long-term portfolio and business performance.
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
