Drive risk management and oversight as a Real Estate Governance Manager. In this role, you will focus on compliance, internal controls, and collaboration across teams with a client-centric approach.
Reporting to the Director of Real Estate Governance, your expertise will secure a strong risk posture in Corporate Real Estate (CRE). Your responsibilities will include managing risk documentation, regulatory compliance programs, and conducting audits. You will collaborate with multiple defense functions to ensure consistent communication and oversight across service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide governance over the Corporate Real Estate controls
• Manage risk documentation and compliance tracking
• Liaise with Internal Audit for oversight monitoring
• Identify risk improvement opportunities and implement solutions
• Develop and deliver training for CRE Service Area Leads
