- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with discretion and solution-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and guest relations teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain up-to-date guest records and ensure data accuracy in the property management system
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Support VIP guest handling with exceptional attention to detail
- Ensure lobby and reception area always reflect luxury brand standards
- Uphold Aliée’s service philosophy in every guest interaction
