Job Description

Hotel: Scenic Suites & Heartland Hotel Queenstown 
Location: 27 Stanley Street, Queenstown 9300
Employment Type: Full-time permanent position.
Anticipated Start Date: September 2026
Hours of Work: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, on a rotating roster, including weekends.
Shift times: between 7:00am - 3:30pm and 2:45pm - 11:15pm
Wage Rate: $26 -$28 per hour

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting guests, and managing the process of checking guests in and out of the hotel, including verifying identification, processing payments, and providing room keys.
  • Assisting with reservations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Handling phone calls and emails, taking messages, and responding to guest inquiries or concerns
