Job Description
Summary Every day our Records and Information Management Specialist coordinates the overall direction of the Records Management Program, collaborates with the Region, Headquarters USCIS, and Field Office officials to formulate and apply existing records management policies, guidelines, and procedures that impact the Field Offices and other components within DHS (ICE and CBP) and, recommends process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the program in the District's Field Offices.
