Job Description
The Recruiter will be responsible for leading strategy and execution for full life-cycle recruitment of assigned roles for our Commercial business unit. Additionally, this role will work to ensure a high level of client, manager, and candidate satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify resources, tools and opportunities to increase brand awareness among qualified job seekers, improve the candidate experience, and increase diversity of the candidate pool
- Proactively build pipelines of diverse talent related to current openings and potential new business initiative
- Represent Syneos Health at networking, industry and campus events
- Maintain candidate data and workflow in applicant tracking system; provide weekly updates and reports to Head of Talent Acquisition
