Join IntouchCX as a Recruiting Consultant to shape the hiring landscape. Focus on interviewing agents and providing thorough onboarding for an optimal recruit experience. As a key player in talent acquisition, this role involves conducting interviews, coordinating orientation sessions, and streamlining the onboarding process for new agents. You'll be working closely with the Recruiting Manager to address daily hiring requirements. Your ability to build trust with candidates will create positive experiences while processing applicants efficiently through our tracking system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and evaluate interviews for agent roles
- Guide the onboarding process for all recent hires
- Provide responsive communication to candidates
- Track and manage applicants through the ATS
- Attend job fairs and coordinate recruitment events
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent background
