The internship is an opportunity to join McKinsey’s Talent Attraction team in Santiago, contributing to recruitment efforts across Spanish‑speaking Latin America. Impact Work as part of the Talent Attraction team in Santiago, gaining exposure to McKinsey’s recruiting practices, tools, and knowledge. Collaborate closely with experienced recruiting professionals and a broad group of stakeholders across the region. Support campus talent acquisition efforts and work with team members and senior leadership to execute our recruiting strategy.
