Recruitment Consultant- Based in Portugal
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Recruitment Consultant, to work on a global client account on an RPO basis.
You will work with a global team in a high-collaboration environment, focusing on passive sourcing for mandates. This role requires a high-degree of stakeholder management. Therefore you must have this experience as well as strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
You will work on mandates globally, with a focus on Europe.
You will be highly agile, solution-focused, client-centric and will always keep the client experience as a top priority, and follow the client's processes. You will be consultative and act as an advisor to our client, bringing talent insights as well as meeting delivery milestones, and managing expectations and feedback loops, whilst meeting partnership KPI's.
