Roles and Responsibilities
Overseeing end-to-end sales operations for vacant and new properties, ensuring seamless execution through teams and team leaders. Driving lead conversion by managing and optimizing company-provided data and marketing-generated leads. Supervising and guiding teams to generate and conduct client site visits efficiently, ensuring high engagement and client satisfaction. Monitoring and supporting negotiations between buyers and sales teams, ensuring successful deal closures. Setting and tracking performance goals for team leaders and sales executives to achieve weekly targets of 5 to 6 prospective site visits per team member.
