Summary This position is assigned to the Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Human Resources Office (HRO); Support Services Division (N94); Fleet and Family Readiness Programs (N9); Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central (CNREAC); Naples, Italy. Responsibilities Provides analytical and technical advice and guidance to managers and/or supervisors on recruiting strategies and process, special programs, and relocation and retention programs. Performs all required duties related to recruiting (e.g., complex position analysis to determine position and skill requirements, recruiting resources, areas of consideration, and short and long-term recruiting needs; and working with managers and/or supervisors to prepare crediting plans).
