Lead the Indigenous Banking strategy as a Regional Manager in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives and enhance community relations in this pivotal role.
As the Regional Manager, you will partner closely with the Senior Regional Manager and AVP in shaping the Indigenous Banking Strategy. Your expertise in commercial credit and lending practices will support risk management and business analysis for significant projects. Building and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential to foster trust and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on Indigenous Banking Strategy and credit risk
• Identify opportunities and trends in portfolio management
• Participate in committees that advance strategic initiatives
• Develop relationships with key business partners
• Coach regional managers on Indigenous Peoples banking
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Commercial Credit with lending experience
