**Principal Duties/Responsibilities:**
· Lead and live ATS Beyond Zero safety culture
· Deliver prioritized preliminary weekly schedules to assigned facilities that are fully loaded to 100% of crew capacities
· Drive Red/Green Reporting schedule success analysis at assigned facilities
· Maintains an organized and prioritized work order backlog to determine the next highest priority jobs to be planned next and maintains the Ready Backlog at or above 4 weeks at assigned facilities
