Responsibilities
The Regional Procurement Manager leads regional procurement planning and execution for major capital projects and segments of Eastman’s global capital project portfolio. The objective is to optimize cost, schedule, and quality parameters to meet or exceed project objectives and demonstrate incremental value through negotiated cost savings, enhanced optionality, and reduced risks.
