- Deliver sales, market share and profitability targets for the assigned territory.

- Build, manage and develop a high-performing distributor network.
- Evaluate distributor performance and recommend changes, additions or restructuring when necessary.
- Identify and onboard new strategic distributors aligned with long-term business objectives.
