Regional Tax Compliance Manager (Colombia, Costa Rica & Mexico)

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Tax Compliance Manager located in Colombia. This role is critical for managing direct and indirect tax compliance across Colombia, Costa Rica, and Mexico.

Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of professional tax experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to partner effectively are key.

This position may involve travel and will report to the DS Senior Director International Tax Compliance.
