Program Descriptions
The Regional Competitive Training Centre (RTC) is a 12-week program that combines training, team training and competition and is divided into two phases. The first runs from October to December and the second from February until May. After 4 weeks of intense training, players are divided into squads based on team dynamics and positional requirements.
