Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
- Experience working within educational or pediatric environments preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, therapists, and parents.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children and adolescents.
- Ability to maintain accurate data and follow behavioral intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA.
