WCC Securities is hiring RIA to join our advisory practice — with a client pipeline already running, a full product shelf, and a compensation structure that rewards you every quarter, not every year.
WHAT YOU EARN
Fixed: ₹6 L – ₹20 L per annum | Quarterly incentive: Up to ₹6 L per quarter
Annual incentive: Up to ₹25 L | Total potential: Upto ₹45 L+ | Appraisal cycle: Every 90 days
