Midwives at MGB work within a small team, shared care model and have the weekly support of a post partum Midwife. At MGB we strive to make collective decisions, ensuring that all voices are heard. We are a group of 12 midwives looking for a Midwife who is interested in providing individualized care to diverse clientele including a large population of Old Order Amish and Mennonite folk.
