Contract Details DAYS: Monday-Friday (with weekend rotation approximately every 4th week) Start Date: 7/27/2026 Contract: 12 weeks Location: Barre, VT 05641 Hourly Pay: $ 37.00 Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00 Weekly Total Pay: $2356.00 EMR Used: Homecare Homebase HCHB This position is responsible for providing individualized goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physicians order. In addition, this position serves as Case Manager in cases in which this position is the lead discipline. Key Responsibilities: Assess and chart observations of the patients condition at each visit.
