The RN is responsible for providing direct, holistic, and family-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. Youll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while working closely with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate treatment.
