Registered Practical Nurse – Acute Medicine Unit, 12 West – Humber River Health – Hennick Humber Hospital.

Employment Status: Permanent Full-time. Reporting Relationship: Manager, 12 E/W. Hourly Rate: $38.893 – $39.458. Union Group: NOWU. Hours of work: Rotating shifts, 8 or 12 hours, days/evenings/nights/weekends. Location: Humber River Health – Hennick Humber Hospital.

Responsibilities

• RPN responsibilities for general medicine, geriatric, ALC and palliative inpatients.
• Coordination of care within an interprofessional team.
• Complete electronic Meditech 6.0 documentation system.
• Participation in unit-based projects or hospital committees as required.
• Mentorship for new hires and pre-grad RPN nursing students.
