ROLE

As a Registered Practical Nurse working within MAHC’s Critical Care Unit (ICU) you will help support various teams that are in need of your skills and expertise.

Administer direct nursing care for patients in those areas assigned.

Plans, organizes, and delivers nursing care in a variety of settings.

Plans for and communicates to other nursing staff regarding patient needs and priorities when leaving one patient care area to ensure continuity of care.

Communicates to physicians, other departments or organizations, regarding issues affecting patient care.
