The Mind People is in search of an experienced Registered Psychotherapist to supervise practicing RPQs and Interns at our Oakville clinic. This role is ideal for those with a niche area of expertise, such as psychoanalytic or couples therapy. The position is contracted for three or more days a week, focusing on exceptional care and structured support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise RPQ's and Interns in clinical settings
• Facilitate in-person therapy sessions for clients
• Provide ongoing training and clinical guidance
• Offer support for administrative and marketing functions
• Conduct consultations to enhance patient outcomes

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in a relevant field
