Job Description
As a Regulatory & Data Protection Officer your responsibilities are:
- Act as a hands-on compliance and data protection partner to the Luxembourg team
- Support the build-out of the local compliance function within a growing platform
- Ensure alignment with Luxembourg regulatory requirements and Group standards
- Adapt and implement Group policies and frameworks at local level
- Contribute to the creation of practical compliance checklists and processes
- Support the regulatory review of transactions, ensuring required documentation is complete
- Work closely with Legal on gaps in transaction documentation and compliance aspects
- Assist in integrating Luxembourg activities into Group governance and reporting
- Maintain the ROPA and support ongoing data mapping activities
