This role acts as end-to-end lead for regulatory projects, ensuring strong governance, effective controls, and compliance across multiple business units and regulators. It acts as a subject‑matter expert and strategic advisor, interpreting regulatory requirements, identifying and mitigating risk exposures, and overseeing complex programs, change initiatives, audits, and examinations within defined risk appetite. The role partners closely with business leaders and 1st and 2nd line functions to embed a strong risk culture, deliver sustainable regulatory outcomes, and continuously enhance governance, monitoring, and control frameworks.
