Your areas of responsibility:
Responsible for handling client accounts
Point of contact for all client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed Developing a solid and trusting relationship with clients
Assisting with generating new business, work with the sales team for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Resolving key client issues and complaints / understanding client needs
Managing communications between clients and internal teams
