Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager – Business Banking
The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of mid‑size commercial banking accounts, building relationships with members, analyzing financial statements, and structuring credit and cash‑management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a profitable commercial financing portfolio of diversified Commercial business members.
- Structure, negotiate and document credit and cash‑management arrangements outlining loan terms and conditions relative to risk, borrower needs and cost of administration ensuring an appropriate return to the Credit Union.
- Demonstrate a well‑developed understanding and solid analytical skills in the areas of balance sheets, cash flow mechanics, and business plans presented by Members.
